1. Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Renewal: The membership term begins on the date of purchase and automatically renews each month on the same calendar day. If the original enrollment date falls at the end of the month, billing will occur on that date or the closest prior available date.
Usage & Availability: Platinum membership offers unlimited access without a predetermined usage cap. However, all bookings must be made in advance to ensure availability. No refunds will be issued if scheduling limitations prevent a member from securing a specific time slot.
Facility Closures & Events: Availability may be affected by private events, leagues, holidays, or other store closures. While every effort will be made to maximize member access, certain restrictions may apply.
Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining time within the current billing cycle.
Rollover Policy: Unused hours do not carry over to the next billing period. Any unused time will expire at the end of each membership cycle.
By enrolling in the membership program, members acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for violations of our policies.
